[ADXA] FW: LOGBOOK OF THE WORLD RETURNS TO SERVICE

And though I know our group would "know this", I've already seen some 
comments online to the effect, *"I'm not getting any matches on all my 
uploaded QSOs"* ......

Well ........  till EVERYBODY gets their logs into the system, the LOTW 
matches will show up little by little.
