[ADXA] New member standing for Stan, K5VR

Stan, K5VR, has provided updated DXCC Standings information.  Stan is still
at 350/338 Mixed, two away from #1 Honor Roll. He did add 290 new band
counters to bump his Desoto Challenge total to 1500.

Stan has set a goal of 2000 Challenge points by the end of 2024.  Good luck
Stan....no step for a stepper!
