ARRL reports licenses are once again being issued in Cambodia after a 
pause in early 2023.  If you submitted a card or LOTW submission to 
various XU callsigns between January, 2023 to present, previous 
suspensions for contacts between these dates have been lifted.  XU7GNY 
is included.

F5LVR/FR/G/FH4ED operated from Glorioso late 1986/early 1987. His 
operation was previously disallowed because he didn't submit landing 
permission which is a requirement for Glorioso.  He had submitted 
landing ORDERS and once the ARRL understood, the operation counted.

FR/G/FH4ED has submitted an ADIF file with 1418 QSOs and they have been 
uploaded to LOTW this week.  Seventy-five confirmations immediately 
appeared.

Hope someone in ADXA got a confirmation.
