[ADXA] Banned Countries

I’m sure everyone remembers when some countries didn’t allow their hams to
call CQ, so they’d get around that with QRZ.  QRZ QRZ QRZ de <DXCALL>

Haven’t hear that in a while.

Yep, conditions were great in the DX test. I fooled around a bit and made a
bit more than an hour’s worth for N5DX.
