Dennis,
I know some of the BIC guys use gaming chairs, but try out some of the office chairs. They will last longer and they are made for BIC. Brands like Herman Miller and Steel Case some to mind. Herman Miller is shown a lot in TV movies. They look very cutting edge on looks, but they also have mesh chairs, that don't make you hot.

Remembered seeing Ollie at the Hot Springs park just outside of town. He was quite a Ham. He and Kathy got along well.

Let us know what you come up with! 73 de jay/w5jay..

Subject: [ADXA] Remembering Ollie, K9GPN, W5GO

Ollie was an active ADXA member some years ago. Ollie was a good guy and I don’t remember him being unusually big on conspiracy theories. However, he did believe that “they” were looking at us and listening to us through our TV sets. I’ve been thinking a lot about Ollie lately.

My operating chair is getting old and my wife has been trying to convince me to get a new one. Before I ever did any internet searching, ads for office chairs started showing up everywhere because of our conversations with a phone, Ipad, and smart TV in the room.

We’ve known for awhile that this can happen, but Ollie, OM, you were far ahead of the game!

Just trying to keep up the BIC effort….

S9Z came thru with 5 bands. I need VP2V and VP5 on a couple of non-contest bands. Never heard the VU4 on 80. I’m going to go by my favorite local furniture store and see what kind of chairs they have. I’m not ordering a chair off the internet. I need to be sure and get the one with 3 db gain guaranteed.

73,
Dennis/RZ
