Talking about USPS... I have been trying to get my address added to 
their service database. After four months, still not there. This means 
that in some cases they will send mail back to the sender in case they 
do address check somewhere along the way. I know that this happened with 
several letters from Finland and who knows how many of my direct QSL 
requests were sent back.

I have tried to work with out local post office but that is not going 
anywhere. Any suggestions?
