KH7AL/KH9 is weak to everyone.  I thought he was going by the numbers (9's), but he isn't consistent. Will be first Wake Is. In 35 years.
UPDATE: Beginning at the end of 2024, I will be operating occasionally as KH7AL/KH9 on Wake Island during my days off from work there.
