[ADXA] CY9C 6m/2m live chat

On the CY9C webpage under the Band Plan section is a link to the VHF-Chat
Slack group. After signing up look for the cy9-2024 channel. There you will
see real time chats with WW2DX/CY9C-Lee with updates and modes being used
on 2m and 6m.

Looking at the people in the chat room I see a few members in there already.

For Q65 info look up K5ND and Q65, he has a quick setup guide for that
mode. I've never used Q65 before but seeing some locals in TN on there now
so I get to see how it works.
