[ADXA] E51EME Still In There

Yeah he pops up in Russellville -02 for one time slot then he's gone for 
an hour.  Then he's back for one more time -10 then gone again.  It's 
like playing whack-a-mole.  But the Faraday shield must be breaking down 
because at least I hear something...
