Is Jarvis more difficult to get to (physically and legally) than Palmyra?
If so, what's the attraction? IOTA? "Because it's there"?
They're still the same entity, right? An argument is made on the N5J site
that it should be a separate entity, but that hasn't happened, right? If
it has happened, I worked an ATNO without knowing it. Not the first time.
