[ADXA] Bhutan on 17M FT8

[Dennis Tune]

 Thanks Lanny...I can't figure this guy out...Time Difference goes from 0.2 on one decode to 1.6 on the next one...signal is +8 and I only get 2 out of 5 decodes...Finally got a RR73 from him though so in the log on 2nd band...
