[ADXA] W8S 30M verification

I got a surprise today - an Lotw verification from W8S for 30M FT8.  I
understood at the time that a pirate was active on 30M and that was who I
worked.  The initial batch of W8S verifications did not include 30M.
Today, it came through.  It sure felt like a legit contact at the time, so
I'm glad to know their log examination gave me a new counter.

Now if I could just get CB0ZEW and a couple of others verified, I'd be even
happier.  I'll probably hit 1550 by mid-year and might make 1600 by the end
of 2024 if we have some good fall DXpeditions.  So far, the TT8's have
given me 3 new band counters with several more to come.
