[ADXA] CB0ZEW verifications?

Dennis,

I only paid thru Paypal to 'ZA. It was a longer delay, but when the LOTW 
match came thru .... I got the matches for ALL three callsigns, though 
submitting only the 'ZA ones.  (I intended to send the 2nd batch, if 
that had not occurred).
