[ADXA] Eclipse effects on solar output

It's not surprising what the effects of an eclipse has on solar power 
production.  However I was still only 38% dependent on the power grid 
for the 24 hour period.  Beautiful sun all day long...not counting 4 
minutes & 11 seconds.  And that amount of time was spectacular!
