For the record Old Betsy wasn't a CW transmitter, it was a spark transmitter.

On that note I think that all DXCC awards to be reallocated but to be fair lets regress to only cw contacts made using the blue print of "OLD BETSY"
the spark gap transmitter made by Hiram, on display at ARRL HQ. That way we dont have to pick and choose what later use of technology is used to make a contact.
