Bill:  So far traffic is normal or maybe less.  That may change as the time
approaches.  I-40 is nowhere near being a parking lot, just an average
morning "rush".  Airport is seeing a lot of arrivals right now.  Downtown
is picking up based on backgrounds of LR TV stations live coverage in the
past few minutes.
