[ADXA] Z81d 21.280 SSB

Trent & Bill,
Yes. As soon as I sat at the radio and called ONE time on 21.280 the "band
cops" informed me that he is working UP, UP, UP.
I realized there was no need for me to tell the ADXA group about the "UP
5". The band cops will handle that every time.
