[ADXA] So. Sudan on 10M FT8

I decoded Z81D on 28.074 for two hours like EJ. . . to no avail.  Saw EJ and Earl get him.  Like George, a band counter on FT8 (would have been 4th), but ATNO was in 1990!
See y'all tomorrow!  Looking forward to to K5CS's Raspberry-pi application presentation/demonstration.
