[ADXA] SES questions

Good afternoon

This is not DX related but I think there may be someone on this reflector that can help me.  

On September 2 we ran a SES from the USS RAZORBACK using the call W5R.  

My main question -  How are the contacts uploaded to LOTW? How about to QRZ? 

I've uploaded Qs when using a club call but never with a 1x1 that is often shared be various SES operations. I don’t have a clue on how to handle this.  

Obtw, I did work 2 ADXA members on FT8 during the SES - N5QS and N5QT.
