[ADXA] ADXA Conference

ADXA Folks,

 

Our current membership list shows we have 78 members, yet only 32 have
registered for our annual meeting and conference. This is only 41% which
indicates very, very low interest. We would like to know the reason why
those of you who are not planning to attend won't be there. I know of two
who have valid reasons for not be able to attend this year but I don't
understand the low interest from others. Are you no longer interested in DX?
Is there something we can do to reignite the excitement?

 

Is our program not of interest to you?? The date bad (we've worked hard to
find a better date than previous years)? 

 

Please help us understand why you would want to be a member of ADXA but
cannot, or do not, want to attend our annual meeting. The annual meeting is
important for our organization and this feedback will help us understand and
better plan for future events. We have put forth a great effort and expense
to bring in a world renowned DX'er as our special guest, the ARRL President
and Section Manager (and hopefully Division Director) will be attending as
well as all of the ADXA BIG DOGS. John and Brenda, N5ER & KC5CFE have done
an amazing job obtaining sponsors for prizes.

 

Prior to Covid we had a minimum of twice this number attend and we currently
have this number attend our quarterly meetings when all we do is grab a meal
and visit.

 

So, please provide some feedback to help us improve.
