[ADXA] FINALLY WORKED W8S ON 15 AND 17 today . NEW HB 17 M YAGI IS WORKING

Our new HB three element Yagi is working, but we need to do a bit of tuning.
Front to back is not what it should be.  However, Japan, the EU and Swain's
Island gave me good reports.

The first section of each 1/4 wave element is only three feet long.  This
allowed us to complete the assembly of the mast, brackets, gamma match and
balun  in our shop using two large floor mounted vices (on the same axis)
to hold the boom in place.  Once outdoors, the remaining sections of the
elements were installed in a few minutes.

 Boom is 15 feet.   Boom to mast bracket, gamma match and balun are from
 HyGain.
