[ADXA] Now this will be interesting

This won't be a new country but I'm sure plan to get a lot of band 
counters!

I was licensed in 1985 but didn't get interested in DX until late 1987.  
Jumped into the deep end with a model 32asr.  East Kiribati was one of 
my first DX contacts.
