 The 1st time he called me I had just clicked my mouse to move spots when I heard W9 but I couldn't stop myself...I tried to go back but couldn't remember exactly where I was ...Then I saw him reply to a guy way up the band and I jumped up there and got lucky and got him...I was cussing myself pretty good for about 2 minutes...That was my 3rd mode and 4th band...Now I need Laos and Christmas Island in a few spots...

Yep, Dennis.  

   He came back to you twice, the first time too much DQRM on his freq and you did not hear him. A minute later he called you again and glad you got thru. My KW and beam just not getting through. So I quit calling after a solid hour! I would like to have gotten one CW QSO for the heck of it, but I don’t need Trindade on any mode or band, worked ‘em years ago, including 80 and 160m. BUT, as Joel says, I was chasing with “what I got” and for hell of it..

   I did manage to get in the top 100 on the 4W8X chase. Hard to do with just one RTTY and rest CW and SSB. HI

San …. Go get the  PR0T, as they leave the air in a few hours.  Glad you got ‘em both modes.

He's on 10m CW @ 28010 with a big signal and listening up into a big pile...

  

I even see K5YY throwing some RF at him...Get 'em San...
