[ADXA] PR0T, etc.

I still haven't heard a great deal of DQRM but some has come out of the
woodwork for PR0T. This is high on the need list and they are only on for
a short time, so I guess that is appealing to the misfits. Mostly I have
heard single tones and they can be troublesome, but like Bill said, they
can often be notched. There have been some pirate operations, but that is
a separate issue.

I got PR0T on 12 and 17M FT8. 17 was not hard, but 12 took awhile. I have
NOT called them on 10, 15, or 20 CW or SSB because I have the country on
those bands and many need it for an ATNO or band counter there. I'll try
hard on 40 and 30 CW because I do need those. 12 and 17 are the only
bands for FT8, and apparently that rig is being operated remotely.

One thing I've noticed is that many people call the PR0 when they can't
hear him. There was a W0 who was answered at least 12 times by PR0T and
kept calling with just his grid. PR0T was running a single stream and that
took a lot of time. I heard it happen a lot more, on both bands.

They seem to be using some variation of MSHV and not F/H. When I worked
them on 12 just awhile ago, I called at about 220 Hz, below their streams.
I had noticed others getting thru that way.

I need H44WA everywhere. I have them for DXCC, but before ARRL kept up
with bands. My line is blank for Challenge for H44, so instead of trying
to dig out a QSL or two, I'm just going to press to work them on all
bands.

I just worked 4W8X on 20 CW, LP. Anyone who doesn't work them on multiple
bands isn't trying. I'll get them on 30, 40, and 80, I'm sure, and 160 is
a possibility.

The 80M guy wire vertical is working well and is going to work some band
counters. 160 Inverted-L is fine after running down a bad coax connector,
but needs an elevated radial or two. I'd like to catch 7o73T on 80.

PR0T on 24.907 FT8 seems to be 24/7 and they were VERY strong yesterday
afternoon. I called a lot and watched WB5JJJ, K5CS, and WB5BHS work them.
Also several other ADXA members, notably FUV and DB. It's a heck of a
pileup and 12M is probably my worst band so it took me an extra day.

They're good and building up right now. Go get 'em!

DX IS! (I don't know what it is all the time, but it definitely is!)
73,
Dennis/RZ
