[ADXA] TX7L on FM - A "first" (29.400 rx - 29.430Tx)

I worked him earlier today on FM - he was absolutely full quieting, which
on my rig shows up as S9 + 60. I also worked TO8FH on 10 FM awhile back.
I have a 6M antenna. It is 12 feet off the ground. With the fantastic
conditions, I guess I need to be checking 6 occasionally.
