[ADXA] CSVHF Conference - Hotel Sold Out

I understand the hotel has contacted you. The issue was our block for only Wednesday night was full. The real conference nights (Thursday-Saturday night) still has plenty of rooms.

We don’t normally block but a very few rooms for Wednesday night because nothing begins until Thursday night and that is a social event. A few folks from far off that drive in like to come in early so that is why we block a few rooms for Wednesday night.

Just an FYI if you’re planning to come over Wednesday there are no activities until Thursday night, the social event. Technical presentations don’t start until noon Friday.
