[ADXA] Falkland Islands were HOT on 6m a bit ago

At about 12:15p CDT, the Falkland Islands was the ONLY signal I printed and
he was as high as +09 here in Russellville.  I worked him at a +01 with my
signal to him as -11.  Europe is still lit up to Argentina, but the
VP8NO went QRT about 12:30p.
