[ADXA] DXAC Meeting This Weekend

There is a DXAC meeting this weekend.  Subject is "do we have a need to 
revamp the DXCC program."  They describe it as DXCC25.  We will see if 
the DXAC members think it is necessary and take it from there.  
Remember, the DXAC only recommends to the PSC and they must approve any 
changes to the program.  If you have anything you think should be 
seriously considered, please let me know.  I wish I could give you more 
information on what we will be presented with but this is all I know.  I 
just thought I would toss it out so members could give me any concerns 
they have.
