[ADXA] New Member Standings for Earl, N5ZM

Earl, N5ZM, has provided updated DXCC standings information.  With
confirmation of his digital QSO with 3Y0J, Earl is now at 339 verified on
Digital Honor Roll.  He was hoping for a RTTY QSO but he'll take any digital
mode.  He now needs BS7 (Scarborough Reef) to complete #1 HR status on
Digital.  Earl also added some band counters to move his Desoto Challenge
total to 2938.
