[ADXA] VP6A 14.027 Up 1

Just in case anyone needs VP6A on 20M CW.  He is listening up 1.
I didn't need him but wanted to see if I could work him through the QSB and lousy conditions.  I did work them for a new one on 80M this morning.
Less than 2 hours to go before they go QRT.
