[ADXA] LOTW issues today?

All,

Any idea what is going on with LOTW today?  It was down, then up and now
partially down.  Just curious.  I was waiting for some confirmations to
come through when I noticed it.

Didn't know if it was planned panic work or unplanned  lots of panic work.
