[ADXA] Demo. Rep. of the Congo on 10M F/H

9Q1ZZ is on 28.091 with a -14, but I don't have him yet.  It won't be an ATNO as I worked a Vince Thompson operation in 1982 when it was called Zaire.  The card shows the map with neighboring Republic of the Congo (TN) to the West.
