[ADXA] CHAL column final update 2982 and 3090 - Sorry long comment.

Congrats San. That is the one thing I really like about the DXCC
Challenge Award, it does NOT include deleted countries in the totals,
only current ones you have worked so it places everyone on a level
playing field. So while the Mixed, CW, Phone, and Digital as well as the
indivdiual band totals do include deletes, the DXCC Challenge #'s posted
for each station on their website is only current entities.
Also, as Jay has pointed out, ARRL updates those standings on their
website almost daily so you can see the "official" count there.
