[ADXA] ARRL CW DX contest

OK I stand corrected. We have to list the geographical area of our club 
to be included in the list when we submit our membership list. It is 
either the state or a 175 mile radius.

Good to know they allow an op from outside this area.

I'll get Stand and ZF5T added to the list.
