[ADXA] LoTW Issue

Lanny,

After a major DX contest like this past week, you have literally a 
thousand stations from around the world uploading hundred's of thousands 
of QSO's to LoTW and it gets bogged down. Nothing wrong with the system, 
just rush hour on the freeway!

It will clear up.
