Yes, WSJT-X should log as J8/AJ4YX if you have that in the DX Call Box. It
did for me. If not just correct it in your log and you should be good.

Got AJ4YX with a +05 at 0508Z.  I assume he reports at J8/AJ4YX the way I've
worked him on higher bands.
