[ADXA] ARRL International DX Contest - CW

John, 

Another good source is the CW Academy by the CWOps.   http://www.cwops.com

They offer free classes at beginner through advanced level. Each class is 8 weeks with about 5 other students and all conducted online.  The classes have a high success rate. 

I'm biased, as I'm an advisor/instructor at the Intermediate level.
