[ADXA] 3Y0J good on LP 18.107 now

I saw that they plan to operate until this evening, our local time and they
were calling for NA on 18.072 CW.  There was a guy sending constant dits
exactly zero beat but I think I could hear the 3Y under him, just not well
enough to call.  That lasted about 5 minutes and then he went to 18.107
FT8.  I'm printing him pretty well, so I'm calling him but he seems to only
be answering Europeans.
