[ADXA] QSL for XV1X / 3W1T

Hi Steve,

I have had a number of interactions with Eddie over the past several 
years or so, not just for QSL's to confirm contacts but a couple of 
other matters as well. My experience with him has been all positive, no 
issues.

My opinion is the amount he charges for a paper QSL and postage from 
Vietnam is reasonable although I do wish he would use LoTW but that's 
his decision.

I'm waiting for my 160 meter card from him on CW and FT8. He has 
confirmed the Q's in an email, just waiting for the card!
