[ADXA] drastic measures for VU4N

In order to increase my chances of working the VU4, I have temporarily
moved my operating location 100 miles to the north.   This should increase
my signal on the short path by .0047 db average.   What do you think of my
chances?


I seem to be getting 2.7 watts output.  The antenna is about 48 inches long.
