While not a direct impact to HF DX’ing, it is important to note amateur radio’s strong defense of our frequency allocations on a global basis from commercial interest attempts to weaken our positions. ARRL is THE major supporter and leader of these efforts through its direct financial support of IARU’s work and also the work performed by ARRL’s technical and administrative staff. This is but one important reason your ARRL members matters!
