[ADXA] N0LL/P logs may finally get on LoTW.

[WB5JJJ]

Some of his Q's have already been uploaded to LoTW already, but I think
they are going in reverse order -- newest to oldest -- as I'm about 7
months earlier than those that have been posted thus far.
