Congrats to Kathy, Jay.

I worked HVØA when he was on during the Marconi commemoration and he
confirmed on LotW in just over 24 hrs, which I really appreciated. That was
an ATNO for me. I also sent him a QSL w/green stamps just to have a card
from the Vatican, because I had wanted to work that one for so long

got it
in the mail last Friday. Also worked Jeff on Chatham which was another
ATNO. Maybe I’ll get to that 300 plateau sooner or later someday, hi hi.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at Brown’s Catfish on Sat.

FYI, For those that keep up with this sort of thing, My Kathy WQ5T got her
JW0X QSL card in the mail yesterday. It was already upload days before on
LoTW.

Noticed on LoTW she got 4J3DJ confirmed. Looks like anything via Russian
mail is being hosed up from the war.

I did sort of OQRS with 7Q6M and that one was uploaded by his manager a day
or two later. That was good for 10m CW. Don mentioned in his email he will
be QRV again from Malawi October 19 to December 1. So if you missed him
or need a new band/mode you will get another chance. That place seems to be
fairly active these days.
