While doing the FFMA rare grid thing this Spring and early Summer, I always
checked "Find Call" as well to see how serious I should chase them.  If
they don't use LoTW, I put them on the "if they are in my face, I'll work
them" list.  Most grids are eventually covered by a LoTW user.  Down to
about 3 QSL Cards that are still hold outs, but several are planned for
those grids next season.
