Tried him on 10 meters, strong signal.  Never answered me.

He moved to 12.  Answered me, we had complete exchange, I thought.

Checked his uploads, no QSO.

I see where he is using a vertical. I’d like to get it for new digital country.  I’m convinced I’m going to have be on his street in Angola.
