[ADXA] Falklands on FT-4 7047.5

VP8A still good signal on 7047.5, the main FT-4 frequency, df +1700.  
Not too many callers, but took me a while.  Helps that FT-4 is fairly 
fast or I'd have given up.

Do if you need VP8 Digital on 40m, now is good time.
