[ADXA] J2 on 7.056 F/H

Thanks Scott. ATNO.  But I've actually BEEN TO Djibouti during my Navy
Indian Ocean cruise back in the late 60's.

Just worked him 1st try on F/H on my EFHW that really doesn't favor that
direction, but -11 to me and -16 to him.
