[ADXA] S79/RM8A 12m FT8

S79/RM8A  24915.0  FT8 (Seychelles)

Running two streams in middle of main FT8 band (not F/H).  Working USA 
with fair signal, but he heard me, so must have good noise floor there, LOL!
