[ADXA] CQWW DX Contest-Phone Oct 29-30

Thank you for that reminder Bill !!!!!! It is also a reminder for me to 
make sure our membership list is up to date for the upcoming ARRL DX 
contests in February and March.

Our recognized name for CQ WW when you submit your log is "Arkansas DX 
Association" so make sure you indicate it that way and not simply ADXA.
