[ADXA] Crazy time on 28.074 with Asia

Frustrating and rewarding. Frustrating from everyone stepping on everyone
else and tons of incomplete calls. But I picked up S. Korea, A. Russia,
Taiwan, China-all new for 10m for me-and Japan. Propagation changing now and
hope to see some SE Asia ops.
